Schedule may be subject to change on a day to day basis and followed according to each individual student and group participation. Note: Infants in our program are not on a schedule and when napping; older children are required to participate in their choice of circle time or arts and crafts in a fun and quiet manner.
Children will participate in outdoor activities on a daily basis (weather permitting). Please dress children according to the weather. Children should have a clean change of clothing in their locker: Hats, mittens, gloves, scarves and sweaters for the cold weather. Fun indoor activities and free play is always permitted.
Soiled Clothing: Please label children clothing. Toddler/Preschool soiled clothing should be taken home for cleaning every day. Infants soiled clothing will be put in a plastic bag, with a soiled clothing note of what is being returned and placed in their personal bin, it is important that their soiled clothing be removed from the daycare on the same day. Infants soiled clothing left in daycare over the weekend will be discarded.
Meals/Infant Formula and Food: Parents are responsible for their child's breakfast. Please do not bring food into the daycare unless we are celebrating a special occasion in which a note will be sent home asking parents to send a special treat or pastry. A healthy lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided by the daycare. Parents with infants enrolled in our program must provide formula, jar foods, and cereal which must be brought into the daycare in the original store bought unopened package, box or container and labeled with your child's name. Healthy finger snacks will be provided through the daycare for infants who are ready to intake soft foods.
Pampers/Pull-ups: Parents must provide their child with pampers, pull-ups, and baby wipes. These items will be kept in your child's personal locker. A fee will be charged for each pamper, and pull-up supplied by the daycare and is expected to be paid on the next business day. Courtesy written reminders will be posted conspicuously in areas throughout the daycare for parents to check their child's cubby/locker supplies.
