News Flash

Rates: Full time and Part time rates are based on each individual contract. Full time rates are a minimum of six or more hours per day. Part time rates are a minimum of five hours, and are based upon the number of days in which service is provided. A deposit is required at the time of enrollment (sibling discounts apply). Enrollment deposits are applied towards the last week of service less any late fees, along with a two week written notice. If a two week written notice is not received full payment for the last week of service will be applied and the enrollment deposit will be forfeited . Student tuition payments are due on Monday of each week, or the first day of which service is provided according to enrollment contract. If a holiday is observed on the first day of service, tuition payments must be made in advance to prevent any late fees. Terms of payment are cash or money order.

Holidays: We will be closed for business on the following holidays.
New Years *Martin Luther King Day *Presidents Day *Good Friday *Memorial Day *Independence Day *Labor Day *Columbus Day *Veterans Day *Thanksgiving Day *The Day After Thanksgiving *Christmas Day *Two Floater Days. Weekend holidays will be observed on Monday.

Vacation: We will be closed for business two weeks in July (dates to be determined). One week in December beginning on the 26th in the year 2008 and resuming regular business hours on January 5, 2009. Parents will be given a two week written notice. Provider vacation weeks are paid. Please note: Provider vacation periods are subject to change with a two week written notice. Please Plan accordingly. Also, provider vacation periods may be flexible to accomodate certain situations with an advanced notice if there are no planned trips, or personal obligations. Parents who take vacation time are required to make tuition payments to keep their child's slot open, along with a two week written notice.
